Bloated belly has become the top list problem for the young girls and boys especially. But, you don’t need to worry anymore. Here i am going to tell you the easiest and simplest way to lose the stubborn

  1. Firstly, you should take this drink at morning before meal. That is,take lukewarm water and add one tablespoon of honey+ half lemon .
  2. Take one or two boiled eggs+ a cup of tea without sugar as a breakfast.
  3. Then at 12:00, take a roti with oil free food
  4. At 3:00, take some fruits or vegetables.
  5. At7:00, take your dinner which should be light 
  6. Avoid sugar + other oils
  7. Use only olive oil 
  8. Also , walk for 30 minutes
